gaurssector150.com is an independent information and enquiry website about the upcoming Gaurs project in Sector 150, Noida. It is not the official website of Gaurs Group or any developer. You can contact us at info@gaurssector150.com.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Campaign details are kept in your browser's session storage only until you close the tab, so they can be attached to an enquiry.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, and to arrange site visits you ask for.
- To send you the brochure, price list or other project material you request.
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries.
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to answer your enquiry. This may include the developer's sales team or a home-loan adviser, if you ask for loan help. Our email and hosting providers also process the data on our behalf.
Third-party services
- Google Maps: the map on the location page loads only when you choose to open it. Google may then set its own cookies.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to follow up on your interest, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email info@gaurssector150.com with the subject "Privacy request". If you aren't satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
